Via AJIB Mobile App:
Tap the voice‑call or video‑call icon in the app.
The service is available for all customers registered with the mobile banking app.
Steps to use:
Log in to your account through the app.
Tap the “Call” button at the top of the main screen.
Accept the Terms & Conditions.
Choose the type of call:
‑ Voice Call
‑ Video Call
Via a Secure Link:
An agent from the Contact Center can send a secure link via SMS.
Steps to use:
Receive the SMS containing the secure link.
Review the attached Terms & Conditions.
Click the link.
Choose the type of call and begin the conversation.
Available features during calls:
Mute / Unmute
Use speaker or earphone
Turn camera on / off
Switch between front and back cameras
Screen sharing to show or clarify a specific subject
If you enable the camera during a voice call, the call automatically converts to video.
