Video or Voice Call

Via AJIB Mobile App:

  • Tap the voice‑call or video‑call icon in the app.

  • The service is available for all customers registered with the mobile banking app.

Steps to use:

  1. Log in to your account through the app.

  2. Tap the “Call” button at the top of the main screen.

  3. Accept the Terms & Conditions.

  4. Choose the type of call:
     ‑ Voice Call
     ‑ Video Call

Via a Secure Link:

  • An agent from the Contact Center can send a secure link via SMS.

Steps to use:

  1. Receive the SMS containing the secure link.

  2. Review the attached Terms & Conditions.

  3. Click the link.

  4. Choose the type of call and begin the conversation.
     

Available features during calls:

  • Mute / Unmute

  • Use speaker or earphone

  • Turn camera on / off

  • Switch between front and back cameras

  • Screen sharing to show or clarify a specific subject

 If you enable the camera during a voice call, the call automatically converts to video.
