In the care of Arab Jordan Investment Bank to provide the highest levels of service to its customers and ensure their satisfaction with it, we would like to inform you that if you are not satisfied with any of the services and products provided to you, you can submit any complaint to the Customer Complaints Unit through any of the following methods:

  • Submit this form.
  • Mail us a letter to: Arab Jordan Investment Bank, P.O.Box 8797, Amman 11121 Jordan.
  • Email us on: shakawi@ajib.com
  • Call our direct with the customer complaints unit during official working hours from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm on number on +96265507000 Ext 2895.
  • Scan the QR code for customer complaints available in all branches and bank offices.
  • Visit AJIB Complaint Unit at AJIB Tower located on 200 Zahran Street, Amman – Jordan.

 

We have a unit designated to receive and handle customer complaints, the unit will process the complaint within 10 working days and can be extended depending on the complaint's nature but should not exceed 30 working days.

If the customer is not convinced or satisfied with the Bank's response to the complaint, the customer can resort to the Central Bank of Jordan or the Court of Law.
