Easy Payment Program Details:

  • Minimum transaction amount required: JOD 200 or equivalent in foreign currencies
  • The Easy Payment Program includes all transactions made online or through POS machines
  • Payback period: 3-12 months
  • A commission of 1% will be applied to the transaction value for each month of the payback period
  • The maximum number of transactions eligible for installment within the same period: 3 transactions, whether through SMS or call center.
  • This offer is valid for all AJIB Visa/Mastercard Credit Cards: Classic, Gold, Platinum, World Mastercard, Visa Infinite, World Elite Mastercard
  • The Easy Payment Program does not include Charge Credit Cards

*Any eFAWATEERcom bill paid via credit card is excluded from our Easy Payment Program

Easy Payment Program Steps through the Call Centre

  • Perform a transaction from a point-of-sale device or online with a value of JOD 200 or more or the equivalent in foreign currencies. Call our 24/7 Contact Center on 065003005 and request to benefit from the Easy Payment Program for this transaction
  • You will receive a confirmation call within two weeks from a Contact Center representative

 Steps for Installment via SMS (Short Message Service):

  • Make a purchase transaction from a point-of-sale device or online with a value of JOD 200 or more or the equivalent in foreign currencies. You will then receive a notification through a short text message displaying the option to pay in installments by clicking on the provided link (URL)
  • Click on the link, and a web page will appear showing transaction details and available repayment durations. You will be asked to choose the desired installment program
  • Upon selecting the installment duration, the system will display the installments and fees required from you in case of approval
  • Click "Agree," and you will receive a One-Time Password (OTP) to your mobile number
  • Enter the OTP and click "Confirm." A confirmation screen will appear
  • You will receive an SMS notification confirming or declining the installment request
