Arab Jordan Investment Bank offers a comprehensive Contact Center that enables customers to perform a wide range of banking transactions easily and securely from anywhere in the world, 24/7, whether through direct calls to the Contact Center or via voice and video calls.

Contact Center Services

The call center is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to serve our customers. We are also available for audio and video calls Sun - Thu from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM via the AJIB Mobile app.

Customers can complete many services through a single call, including:

 

LOAN SERVICES

  • Inquiries about loans
  • Adding or modifying the account number from which the loan installment is settled


ACCOUNTS SERVICES

  • Inquiring about account information details and IBAN number
  • Internal transfer between accounts
  • Resetting the password attempts for AJIB Online/AJIB Mobile
  • Adding or modifying the phone number or email address used on AJIB
  • Online/AJIB Mobile
  • Controlling the limit and number of financial transactions on AJIB Online/AJIB
  • Mobile
  • Suspending AJIB Online/AJIB Mobile Service
  • Activating the SMS service and modifying the mobile number the messages are received on
  • Activate/delete device

CARDS SERVICES

  • Activating Renewed Cards
  • Card Replacement
  • Inquiring about Credit Cards services
  • Activating/Suspending the Credit/Debit Card
  • Settling Credit Card payment & modifying the account from which its settled
  • Requesting/Resetting the PIN code for Credit/Debit Card
  • Modifying the main or secondary Debit Card account number
  • Updating the phone number linked to SMS messages for transactions and OTP
  • Updating the phone number linked to AJIB Rewards Program
  • Requesting to repay Credit Card transactions with AJIB Easy Payment Program

Video or Voice Call

Via AJIB Mobile App:

  • Tap the voice‑call or video‑call icon in the app.

  • The service is available for all customers registered with the mobile banking app.

Steps to use:

  1. Log in to your account through the app.

  2. Tap the “Call” button at the top of the main screen.

  3. Accept the Terms & Conditions.

  4. Choose the type of call:
     ‑ Voice Call
     ‑ Video Call

Via a Secure Link:

  • An agent from the Contact Center can send a secure link via SMS.

Steps to use:

  1. Receive the SMS containing the secure link.

  2. Review the attached Terms & Conditions.

  3. Click the link.

  4. Choose the type of call and begin the conversation.
     

Available features during calls:

  • Mute / Unmute

  • Use speaker or earphone

  • Turn camera on / off

  • Switch between front and back cameras

  • Screen sharing to show or clarify a specific subject

 If you enable the camera during a voice call, the call automatically converts to video.
