- Visit any AJIB branch and go to the queue system device
- Select the service you wish to perform
- Select “Authenticate using Sanad Digital Identity”
- Open the Sanad app and follow these steps:
• Select “My Documents”
• Select “National ID”, where the QR code will appear clearly next to your personal photo - Scan the code using the reader on the queuing device
- Receive your ticket
- When you reach the teller, your information and identity will appear directly on the system
