Overview
The Cardless Withdrawal service is an easy, fast, and secure way to withdraw cash from AJIB ATMs spread across the Kingdom without the need to use your AJIB Debit Card. This service is available through the "Cardless Withdrawal" on AJIB Mobile application.

How to use the Cardless Withdrawal service
- Login to AJIB Mobile App.
- Select the Cardless Withdrawal Service: Choose the "Cardless Withdrawal" option from the home page.
- Specify the Amount: Enter the amount you wish to withdraw from the ATM by either clicking on the desired amount or entering it in the specified field. Note that the amount must be in multiples of 10 Jordanian Dinars.
- Choose the Account: Select the account from which you want to withdraw the amount.
- Enter the OTP: Enter the OTP (One-Time Password) that will be sent via SMS to your registered mobile number at the bank and click "Confirm".
- Keep the Cardless Withdrawal Code: Keep the withdrawal code for use later at the ATM to complete the transaction. You can also share this code with others by clicking on the “Share” button.
- Visit AJIB ATM: Visit any AJIB ATM to complete the cash withdrawal process.
Steps at AJIB ATM:
- Select Cardless Withdrawal service: Choose the "Cardless Withdrawal" option from the main screen of the ATM.
- Enter the Cardless Withdrawal Code: Insert the withdrawal code obtained from the AJIB Mobile application, then click "Confirm".
- Enter the Amount: Input the amount previously specified in the AJIB Mobile application, then click "Confirm".
- Receive OTP: The system will send an OTP (One-Time Password) via SMS to your phone number registered at the bank.
- Enter OTP: Input the OTP and click "Confirm".
- Collect the Cash: Collect the cash upon completing the transition successfully.

.The maximum amount for a single cardless withdrawal via AJIB Mobile is 1,000 Jordanian Dinars, with a daily limit of 2,000 Jordanian Dinars
