  • To provide end-to-end financial services to the Bank’s retail clients in a professional, courteous and prompt manner within high quality standards and in accordance with the set Bank policies, procedures and central bank regulations
  • To maintain strong relations with current clients and build new client relations
  • To achieve the monthly sales targets as per Bank policies
  • To carry out the day-to-day banking operations using the bank’s digital platforms
  • To maintain periodic status reports, daily activity reports
