Visa Credit Cards Department

The Visa Credit Cards Department was created in 2006. In addition, a revolving credit cards policy was designed in accordance with Bank goals and general lending policies and in light of a study conducted on the needs and desires of targeted customers. A work flow mechanism to ensure speedy issuance of visa cards while maintaining the high quality of the credit cards portfolio was also put in place.

The department launched several promotional campaigns in newspapers and magazines focusing on the features of credit cards, underlining the fact that they are issued free of charge for life with competitive interest rates.

The department aims at expanding the base of revolving credit card customers through several marketing campaigns aimed at increasing the usage of such cards.
